Complete ALL requirements, which will be communicated via email from one of the above emails.
Obtain your own Errors and Omissions (E&O) Insurance prior to writing any business and keep it valid while writing business.
Service your prospects/clients in a timely manner and with respect while conducting business ethically and morally.
Ensure that you understand the products that you are selling. You can request additional training at any time.

**Please note that there is a legal limit to how much a licensed Agent/Agency can pay out for a one-time referral and it is ONLY paid when the policy is 30 days old.
Referrals payments will NEVER be paid on renewals or cancellations/withdrawals prior to the 30 day life of the policy.

NEVER discuss or suggest a plan that you are not licensed and appointed to sell.
Provide ALL required information about the referral to Breeze FMO.
Understand that once the referral is sent to Breeze FMO, we can ONLY update you as to the status of the application. We cannot and will not violate the referred prospect's HIPAA rights.
Understand that as a referral to Breeze FMO, even if you become licensed or appointed with that carrier, Breeze FMO cannot "release" the client to anyone.
***Pre-licensing courses are good for 30 days; please complete all coursework within this timeframe or you will be required to pay an extension fee to the course and discounted rates are NOT available on course extensions.
